Worth knowing
- Waives the Scale monthly fee only. Transactions still cost 3.4% + $0.30; non-US cards add 1.5%.
- Payout, currency-conversion and dispute fees can also apply. Disputes cost $15 each regardless of outcome.
- Downgrading to Starter during the program ends the free Scale benefit.
- After 12 months, Scale costs $400/month; Pro, Growth and free Starter are alternatives. No fixed application deadline is published.
- The $4,800 value is 12 times the current $400 monthly fee, excluding transaction-fee savings.
